Our Santa's have been carefully selected, thoroughly screened (including a criminal background check), and professionally trained to ensure that the Santa experience provided by SantaSpeaking is the very best available.
We are committed to making sure that Santa has compassion for each and every child, and everyone here at SantaSpeaking is dedicated to spreading the spirit of Santa Claus, and all that Santa represents - kindness, generosity, and the Christmas Spirit.
Our calling operation is supervised at all times, and our conversations are monitored to make certain that we provide an experience that is held to our highest standards.
Afterwards, we want both you and the child to be happy with your SantaSpeaking experience, and thus, we follow up with a post call survey, which provides each customer with an opportunity to evaluate our service. This feedback allows us to constantly fine tune our services.
No personal information is provided to Santa other than the information, which you provide for us to reference in the conversation (naughty or nice, etc). Santa will not be privy to addresses, phone numbers or financial information, and SantaSpeaking complies fully with COPPA regulations of 2000.
